SISA believes that all individuals holding the SISA certification should conduct themselves with the law, spirit of the law, and ethical practices that would reflect positively. SISA will not stand by those who violate the ethical values of a group, organization, law should the candidate/ certified individual be found guilty.
SISA has specially devised a system in place through the violation of ethics policy to hear and decide on such cases. All cases reported to SISA will be heard objectively with no bias of any kind. Decisions will be made on facts, evidence presented, supporting information gathered through interrogations and testimony from witnesses/ supporters/ SMEs/ professionals in the field relevant to the case presented.
The Advisory council, who is an independent group governing the certification scheme will hear and decide on the case. The case details and decision will be documented by SISA’s certification team.
