In the modern era, employees are often tasked with multiple activities, making it challenging to find the time and flexibility needed for traditional classroom training. This is especially true when learning complex technologies that require a deep understanding and hands-on experience. To address these challenges, we have introduced a Hybrid Model Training Workshop, designed to offer maximum flexibility and engagement.

What is the Hybrid Model?

Our Hybrid Model Training Workshop is a comprehensive 20-hour learning package that combines the best of self-paced and live learning. Participants begin with 10 hours of self-paced study, accessing recorded videos anytime and anywhere through our Learning Management System. This self-study phase allows learners to absorb foundational knowledge at their convenience.

Complementing this, we offer 8-10 hours of live sessions spread over four weeks, with weekly 2.5 hour interactive classes led by Subject Matter Experts. These live sessions foster real-time interaction, enabling deep dives into specific topics, Q&A, and collaborative discussions.

Simplifying PCI DSS 4.01: Modularized Training Capsules

Implementing the PCI DSS 4.01 standard can be a daunting task due to its extensive requirements and the need for multiple technology controls. To ensure all functional leaders thoroughly understand these requirements, we have developed a comprehensive training program. This program is designed to break down the complex standard into manageable video capsules.

Each video capsule covers a specific aspect of the PCI DSS 4.01 standard, including the requirements, implementation know-how, necessary technology architecture, forensic case studies, and audit expectations. The entire standard is divided into 18 modules, with each video lasting no more than 30 minutes.

To enhance learning, each module includes a self-evaluation mechanism where participants can test their understanding through multiple-choice questions. Participants are given four weeks to master the content by reviewing the recorded videos at their own pace.

This modular approach ensures that the training is not only thorough but also flexible, allowing leaders to gain a deep understanding of the PCI DSS 4.01 standard in a structured and efficient manner.

Unlocking the Power of Live Sessions

Participants will now engage in weekly live sessions over the four weeks of the learning duration. These sessions, led by subject matter experts, will take place on a designated day after office hours and will last for two hours. The purpose of these sessions is to provide direct interaction with the experts, allowing participants to clarify any doubts and witness live demonstrations of complex solutions. The live sessions will typically cover:

  • Week 1: Network Security Engineering: Experts will guide you through segmentation techniques using Firewalls, VLANs, and Software Defined Networking technologies.
  • Week 2: Data Governance and Cryptography: Learn to create data visibility with AI/ML-driven technologies for data discovery, classification, labelling, and protection. Additionally, delve into HSM architecture and the engineering behind PIN to PIN BLOCK conversion and tokenization.
  • Week 3: Software Engineering: Focus on the best SDLC methods and recommended practices based on the PCI S3 Standard, presented by Software Engineering experts.
  • Week 4: MXDR Technology and Risk Management: Demonstrate the power of AI/ML-based Security Orchestration and Automated Response to enhance security posture. Risk Management experts will also explain the differences between Enterprise Risk Assessment (ERA) and Targeted Risk Analysis (TRA).

Summary

The hybrid learning methods have been meticulously designed to improve a deeper understanding of such a complex payment technology implementation. The combination of self-paced learning from the video capsules on the Learning Management System and the live sessions, where participants will be engaged to see demonstrations of the technology, will improve understanding rather than classroom sessions in which employees are subjected to forced learning, resulting in less efficiency.
